Just slide the long seat post into your saddle and you are ready for your warming up or cooling down- ride.  Or just pull it out and head out to the riders area for your next race. Easy as that.

The SD Revolt Recovery Saddle and Seatpost Kit comes with a long seat post, including a comfortable saddle and is height adjustable. It is available in a 25.4mm and 27.2mm version.
