Shipping Policy

Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. Meybo Distribution retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.

Refunds

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return items in their original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase for complete refund. For returns after 14 days, we do not refund the product. Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. Meybo Distribution retains the right to grant full or partial refunds at its discretion. If you received free shipping, you will receive a refund less the cost of originally shipping the product to you.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item, please send your order back in its original packaging in NEW, UNUSED, and UNINSTALLED condition within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. Customers will be charged the difference if the exchanged item is of greater cost than the original. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed to. If using the exchange form packed in with your order, please ensure payment information is correct, including a signature for authorization.

Refunds Policy

We will create a credit invoice within 5 working days of receipt, which you can offset against a new order at a later date. We can also arrange a refund upon request.
